Business Law

For more than 30 years, we have assisted our clients in a wide variety of business transactions and guidance.  We have negotiated and documented asset purchases of existing businesses, acquisitions of business interests, and overall legal issues affecting a wide variety of issues.  Our clients have been and are involved in a wide variety of sectors, including general contracting, recycling, music, industrial manufacturing, product distribution and high value asset restorations.
