Edward E. Corey
Edward Corey is the founding member of the firm, starting it in 1994 after leaving the Los Angeles firm of Cotkin & Collins as partner specializing in business litigation. Mr. Corey continues to specialize in business litigation with emphasis on contract, employment, and general civil litigation.
Mr. Corey's practice also includes representation of numerous clients who are starting new businesses. The firm specializes in guiding clients in the selection of the appropriate entity for a particular business, the development of essential business contracts and the overall legal guidance necessary for new businesses.
Edward Corey is a graduate of the University of Southern California and the University of the Pacific, McGeorge, where he received his law degree with honors. Edward Corey is resident in the firm's Los Angeles office.
Joseph P. Corey
Joseph Corey joined the firm shortly after the firm was started, having previously been associated with the firm of Brayton Harley & Curtis in the San Francisco Bay area where he specialized in mass tort litigation.
Mr. Corey practices in all areas of the firm's business. Mr. Corey also specializes in areas of trust formation and modification, estate planning and trust and estate administration.
Mr. Corey is a graduate of the University of San Francisco and the Northeastern University law school, located in Boston.
Joseph Corey is resident in the San Francisco office and is the managing partner of the San Francisco office and the Sunnyvale office, which serves the Silicon Valley area of California.
